The Chalet
This quaint little house with full size couch (not a sofa bed) and queen bed, is suitable for up to 3 people and offers unique features such as a sauna, wood stove, and kitchenette equipped with the basics for preparing a light meal, making it perfect for longer stays. We want you to sleep your best sleep, our beds are firm and comfortable, however for those who prefer a softer bed, we have mattress toppers available upon request, just let us know!
Wake up to a European style continental breakfast served in the main building or arrange to have breakfast brought to you to enjoy in the privacy of your suite.
Chalet guests are invited to the guest lounge/sunroom in the main building where they can find a selection of books and board games.
The Chalet is pet-friendly (dogs & cats) for an additional fee of $25 per pet (maximum of 2).
The Chalet is $248 for two people, plus $35 for a third person, and this price includes breakfast. Room rates vary starting at $140 per night depending on room size and features.

We decided to have a mini romantic getaway at the beautiful Edelweiss Inn last night. We stayed in the chalet. To say this place is magical would be an understatement, from the cozy comfort of the chalet to the privacy and in room private sauna, this place was exactly what we needed! The service is bar none, and we cannot wait to come back! We plan to spend our anniversary here in September. Absolutely amazing experience, thank you so much Edelweiss Inn and Barbara!!

This is the 3rd stay at the Inn. We fell in love with the romantic atmosphere and enjoy the comradery of the staff. Feels like we are a part of the family. We love that Barb is so thoughtful and accommodating. She always wants to ensure that your stay is perfect. The restaurant was delicious as always and cooked perfectly. Jorge and the staff are always friendly. The Chalet is so cozy and warm with the wood stove running, the days stresses just melt away. The Inn has made it into our preferred locations rotation, and I expect that it will be our go-to location when staying in the Annapolis Valley.
We rented the chalet for our anniversary and it couldn't have been a nicer experience. Barbara was so accommodating and kind. It was clean and cozy. We ate at the restaurant for supper, which was exceptional, and again for a delicious hot breakfast. Thank you so much for a stay we'll remember fondly for many years to come!

Barbara and Joerg are consummate hosts. The Chalet was a perfect little oasis for us with the woodstove burning briskly on a chilly night. The food, as always, is a feast for the eyes as well as the appetite. The restaurant is currently closed on Tuesdays, but when they heard about our plans, they quickly offered to open up, just for us! Our 20th wedding anniversary was a night to remember in no small part because of their willingness to go above and beyond for our special occasion. Thank you, Edelweiss. We will be back, of course.
