Dear Edelweiss Inn Team,

Thank you for gifting us a moment in time that felt touched by magic. Our vow renewal at Edelweiss Inn unfolded like a gentle story—one written in the quiet grace of your chalet, the rustic warmth of your inn, and the sweeping beauty of Nova Scotia’s mountains as they watch over the Bay of Fundy. It was as if the landscape itself stood witness to our promises.
We have visited Edelweiss Inn many times before, for dinners filled with laughter and family moments woven into the walls. So when we decided to renew our vows for our 20th Anniversary in December 2025, the question of venue was a no brainer!  Yet nothing could have prepared us for the depth of care, intention, and heart you helped pour into this day. From our earliest conversations to the final moments of our celebration, every detail felt lovingly placed—each one carrying a sense of devotion that mirrored the significance of the occasion.

The evening dinner, rich with the comforting flavors of Joerg's German cuisine and perfectly prepared cakes, Danny’s beautiful guitar playing and Barb’s lovely singing voice and attention to detail added a warmth that lingered long after the plates were cleared. It felt like a day crafted not just for a celebration, but for a memory—one that now lives beautifully in both of us.  Even our breakfast brought to the Chalet the morning after was not only delicious but beyond expectation.

Thank you for creating more than an event. Thank you for helping us to craft an experience that felt like a breath of stillness, a gathering of love, and a chapter in our lives we will forever hold close. We are deeply grateful to every member of your team who helped along the way to assist in a day that will echo in our hearts for years to come.
